Eva Mendez has checked into the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah.

Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support," said the statement from spokesman Brad Cafarelli.

It's not stating why exactly she is in rehad and from what.... but the world will soon find out!

"Due to the rebranding and programming refocus of the network, truTV and Star Jones Reynolds have mutually agreed to cease production of 'The Star Jones Show,"' stated a memo from Marc Juris, executive vice president and general manager of the cable network."
